Canal Fest Preliminary, Commercial Food Vendor Application

The first step in food vendor registration will be to fill out this form with all your basic information. You will then receive either an acceptance letter or a letter of refusal. If you are accepted, you will then receive a formal registration and contract with all the requirements set forth by Canal Fest.

A Few Things to Know Before Applying

• At this time, we will not be accepting food trucks. Please do not apply.

• Only tents and trailers will be accepted.

• We will not approve any application from vendors that conflict with our non-profit food menus.

• Returning vendors will have preference over menu items.

• Festival runs from July 19th thru 26th. You will be expected to be open all 8 days.
