AGREEMENT *

I agree to and understand that CANAL FEST OF THE TONAWANDAS, INC. is not responsible for any changes due to inclement weather. Postponements and/or cancellations of the 2024 Arts & Crafts Show due to weather conditions are beyond the control of CANAL FEST OF THE TONAWANDAS, INC. No refunds for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions, acts of nature or other events that disrupt the 2-Day Arts & Crafts Show event will be made by CANAL FEST OF THE TONAWANDAS, INC. There will be absolutely no refunds after June 20th. You will also be responsible for any bank fees charged due to insufficient funds. Submission to this festival constitutes agreement on the part of the entrant to all conditions of this prospectus. Your contact information may be released to prospective customers and the NYS Department of Taxation.
