AGREEMENT *

As a Vendor, I understand that I will receive all the applicable Vendor opportunities offered and will adhere to all requests made by the Event Coordinators. Failure to do so could result in ejection from the event. I further understand that these said opportunities will not be valid until this agreement is submitted and payment in full has been issued and received by CANAL FEST OF THE TONAWANDAS, INC. to be a Vendor. Acceptance of any and all Vendors is subject to the Committee Chairman’s digression. I understand that CANAL FEST OF THE TONAWANDAS, INC is not responsible for any changes due to inclement weather and all Vendor conditions will be met to the best of the event organizer’s ability. Postponements and/or cancellation of the 2025 Bike Cruise due to weather conditions are beyond the control of CANAL FEST OF THE TONAWANDAS, INC. No refunds for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions, acts of nature, or other events that disrupt the Bike Cruise event, will be made by CANAL FEST OF THE TONAWANDAS, INC.
